Question why is all the winners of the Illinois Lottery always those of Chicago or the Chicago Suburbs? Occasionally you'll get one down South by the St. Louis area. One would think you would try to build the whole state not just the Chicago Area The rest of the state can't even win a free ticket

Front door parking. Very friendly and good humored security. Only problem was computer was down. 45 minutes . Security kept me safe and entertained.

Ripping people off since they changed over website. There system isn't showing payouts like use to n it isn't paying out like should according to there website on rules on how to play n payouts. 123 hit week ago and many of us played 123 box n it came in exactly 123 n payout was to be 80.00 instead 40.00 was paid. 2 numbers in exact order with all 3 numbers on .50 box is 80.00 payout. Then to tell me 755 winners on 123 only box 6 wow. Then like 2 draws later 735 came in. We played 357 That's 2 numbers 35 in exact order pays 40.00 when was to pay 80.00. Pick 4 has been doing same thing on payouts we hit exact drawing on 50 box and payout was 600.00 but they paid 200.00. We hit 2 in exact order which is 200.00 instead 100.00 was paid out. What's sad n Pathetic is when call 4 of there offices they talk down to you like your the idiot because you read the rules they created n refer you to Springfield office which they never answer phones or return voicemails left. They finally called several of us back from last September 1st weeks fiasco n talked to us like we were school kids. Telling me mail in a copy of the slip n payout slip n will review it. I told the lady we sent them certified mail you received them already and signed for them so i get notification were received.
