Very slow and they overcharge not 100 Mbps i get 0.078.

Very bad customer service. Called today (2/20/2016) at 3:50 pm for tech support. I had just reimaged a pc and was having trouble connecting outlook to springnet outgoing mail server. First 2 times I was hung up on after waiting on hold for tech support desk. 3rd time I called, phone was answered by woman who sounded like I just woke her up. I believe her name was Crystal. Anyway, I told her the situation and read off to her the setup and she said it sounds right must be a firewall blocking it. I told her it was a fresh install and that no security was installed yet. I asked her if it may be the outgoing port and if there was an alternate port number I could use and she said no. Was very unhelpful and sounded like she had no idea what she was doing. I ended up hanging up on her because she sounded tired and like she could care less about my issue. I ended up using port 587 on outbound and it worked after that. No thanks to Crystal.
