The technician, Jake, met every expectation of what a model employee should be.He was knowledgeable, personable and efficient. He was able to diagnose the problem and worked diligently to make sure that our AC unit was fully functional. During the repair process he was unfailingly polite, kept us informed of what he discovered, answered any questions that we had and at the conclusion of the visit he gave us a full explanation of the problem and the work he did. Without being a "salesman" he did point out the benefit of adding surge protection to our AC. Based on his explanation and the forecasts for the summer, we decided to do so and he was able to install said protection during his visit. . We have been customers of Air Serv for almost ten years and have always been impressed with the caliber of the technicians who installed and/or serviced our heating and cooling units. Jake is among the best.

Anytime I call with a problem or service, they immediately get in touch with me and work with me on setting up a time. The technicians are very professional. Jake, was the one who performed maintenance on my AC unit and he was very helpful and informative. I like it when people are honest with me about problems that need fixing.
