We were given the key to an occupied room when we checked in around 4 pm, we had lots of bags and an 8 mo old baby, assigned room 210 so second floor, get all our stuff upstairs to walk into a room with peoples things everywhere and beds unmade, thankfully no people inside at the time. Go back downstairs the girl offers zero apology just says ok heres 208, the room right next to the other but now I dont feel safe, I feel like my room key is just going to be handed out to someone else also. The beds in this room were hastily made and lampshade all messed up which makes me feel even more uncomfortable. Also, the only door to come and go from is the one in front. The back door apparently doesnt open, theres no sign posted and again the girl said nothing. So its 20 degrees outside and we carry all our stuff and baby up to the back door to find out we cant get in that way. So have to drive back around front to get everything back out, get upstairs to find the occupied room and a front desk person that was completely unapologetic about any of this. For $160/night. I wanted to just go home it was awful.

Spotless, so sanitary even the paper coffee cups each individually covered in plastic film.
