Goodman Fence Inc

They have put in 4 fences for me. Yes they are a little more but always correct on what you need and complaint on what you want. I was mad because I couldn't get them to come back and fix poles at one time come to find out my neighbor was running a down spout on the fence. Rot came on pretty fast. I will use them again.

I personally didt get a fence installed by Goodman, however they did install a fence for my neighbor. I was out of town (up north at the Naval Base) and my home was left secured with my gates locked (lock on them, closed). Goodman Fence took upon themselves to somehow get the gates open without my consent (to their credit they did ring my Blink doorbell but reception on the Naval Base was very sketchy so I couldnt reach them on time via the doorbell speaker). The receptionist that answered when I called was beyond rude. Her exact words were: We are both going in circles and just repeating ourselves. Then she said I am now going to disconnect the call. I am sure most of these locks can be maneuvered (jimmied, etc.) that doesnt mean you enter at your own will. I spoke with Brad and made that very clear to him. I am writing this review to inform anyone in the future that neither this company nor any company has a right to trespass, especially if you have secured your property and you are not home. Even if they attempt to reach you and you arent available, it is their duty to assume that entry isnt permissible. Whats next, they will also enter homes?? Might as well take my locks off, either way it appears nobody respects anything anymore, but had I entered one of their homes, I would already be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This isnt right and it is trespassing. Point blank and simple. They said if they damaged anything they would fix it, but to me this isnt the point. The point is, I am over 200 miles away and you literally just entered my property which was locked with locks. Unbelievable.

Edit: editing this to add my initial review simply said, "get your project dates before paying" I initially posted this to warn people to get their project lead times before paying them because I wasn't given mine other than "we're busy" til after paying and even then I had to press to get an approximate date as the person on the phone just kept telling me they were busy and she couldnt give even give me an estimate. This wasn't the biggest issue for me but it could be for other prospective customers so I made it known. I had asked the salesman when he was out getting the quote ready and he said they were busy and he couldn't give a specific date. That I would be given one when I paid the deposit to get on their schedule. I never once tried to get them to move my work order up in any way yet after seeing the review, they threatened to cancel my contract for the repairs unless I removed my review. They stated it was because I was "trying to bully them into moving my project date up." I never once asked for that or alluded to wanting it in any way. I told them numerous times I understand being busy and that my issue was no one told me how long it would be, even approximately, til after I paid and even then I had to ask 3 separate times for an estimate before getting one. I had asked for approximate date before that and all they would say was that they were busy and couldn't give me a date til after I had paid. Conveniently, they don't have call recordings either because I asked them to review the call as it would have cleared everything up with absolutely no room confusion but somehow in 2023 they don't have that either. To futher add to this, the entire time I was waiting for my repairs no one contacted me to give me any better dates or let me know when workers were coming. I eventually called in early December and was given a two week timeframe that workers would be possibly be there. When their workers did finally show up, it was entirely without notice. I was told I would be called prior to them showing up and never received that call. This goes for the day they set the posts and the day they did the repairs. The builders themselves were great. They were very polite and did everything they could to save materials to save me money. I have no complaints whatsoever about the builders. When my bill finally came the savings from the saved materials was left off my bill and I had to call to have that added back on. All in all I am entirely unimpressed with Goodman's in just about every way. There was one person in their office that seemed to be able to get issues handled but as a whole things are not working at all.

Excellent company to work with they went above and beyond to make sure the job was done properly and that i was satisfied with the end result. Great Job GOODMAN FENCE...Highly Recommended.
