I called last week and asked if they knew how they do military uniforms. They said they do and I asked if I could come in Monday (today). I came in and was then turned away because its too much work and she doesnt have time. I said I called last week and said I was coming in Monday. She didnt care, I would recommend going elsewhere and not wasting your time! Seamstress alteration will take your stuff.

Asked for my 3 pairs of uniformed pants to be done in 24 hours. She had them ready for me bright and early in the morning the very next day. The pants were perfect. Low prices and excellent work. Will be a repeat customer.

This laDY has the WORST attitude and shes so rude will not return she also THREW my items on the counter at me when she said she could not alter them second time going here both time RUDE tbh I think shes tired of her job .

I just got my wedding dress and it needs a few minor alterations, mainly adding a bustle. We called her in the morning to ask if it was something she could do and she said yes, come in any time. We came in that afternoon and she was rude, snippy, and short from the start. She did not treat my dress with care, forcefully pulling on the straps and almost ripping pins in and out of the fabric. She pinned a bustle in the most awkward spot, right in the middle of my butt, and it looked terrible. I told her I thought it was supposed to be up higher and she snapped at me, "don't tell me what you think just tell me what to do." Then, another customer came in needing a prom dress alteration. She made me step aside and wait, wearing my pinned-up wedding dress while she helped the other customer. They apologized for interrupting, and we said oh no worries it's not your fault! Finally, she got back to me and I asked her if the bustle needed to have 5 points or if we could get away with 3. She huffed, started pulling out all of the pins, and told us "I don't have time for this, leave and go somewhere else." We were shocked and astonished, but in hindsight, I'm so glad I didn't leave my wedding dress there with her! I would not have trusted her to take the time to do the work well and with care after the experience we had with her.
