Being able to pay online is a big deal, the fact you can't anymore and there's no plans to fix it is awful. What's even more terrible is the fact that when you try to call them (because thats the only way you can pay) and it says they're closed when it's during the hours they are supposed to be open.

This used to be the very best bank. USED to be. Me and my family would pull up and they would know us like family. Now? Now I have a terrible encounter every single time without fail. The west side branch has become trash. Attitude, argumentative, rude. The list goes on. Came in yesterday to cash a check and my voice is going out and the lady was so rude. Couldnt hear me say yes to checking so we went back and forth a few times until she heard me and then said thats what I said to you the first time okay???? And I told you YES THE FIRST TIME TOO. Just rude for no reason. Yall need to reevaluate your customer service skills. Been banking here for 14 years and my mom over 30ish years and its disgusting how yall have changed.

My wife and my, of them recently opened an account. It was there new location at county market on dirksen parkway in Springfield and the people who work at this location are awesome

What time does do they open? Online it says 8 am but when I try to call it says their offices are now closed so do they open at 8 or a later time?
