I was very disappointed with my last inquiry on a auto loan..I have had multiple loans through them even unsecured and paid them off..After I was told I was approved upon income verification..I then found a vehicle witch took me weeks to find and then verified income and since I was recently promoted, my year to date didnt match so I was told they would need verification from my boss!!so after a email from my boss didnt work.He was told they needed a letter on letter head.Soooo after we did that I was told I was being denied for other reasons!! Unfortunately when covid 19 hit us all so hard I WAS LATE A FEW TIMES on my payments NEVER MISSED ONE..I guess since the banks employees wasnt hit like most of us or had to struggle being laid off they are not understanding in that aspect!! Anyway they Could have just said no!! Definitely DID NOT FEEL LIKE FAMILY!! And wont be going through them anymore.very disappointed..and honestly never been treated like this in all the years I have been with heartland credit union.. Luckily I was approved my another bank!!And they definitely treated me like family
