Zumiez

Had the worst experience ever. Never have I felt so used and tricked from a company before. Unbelievable! Walked into what once was my favorite store zumiez to get a outfit and was elated to see A entire rack labeled clearance. I picked out a shirt only to find behind the 28.99 orange price tag sticker was the price $29.99.  I had just saved my self a dollar! Really?! I'm very upset. Felt as though I was being tricked horrible customer care... Will never shop here again because obviously I can't trust the sales!

I can look past the extremely over priced clothing; however, I cannot look past the horrible customer service. I went into Zumiez at the White Oaks Mall the other day and I was floored by the lack of customer service the staff possesses. I found what I needed for a gift and went up the the register to pay. A guy and girl (both workers) were having a totally inappropriate conversation and never acknowledged me. They saw me and continued to stand there acting like their conversation was more important than my business. There was not another person in the store and now I know why! It took several minutes to pay because the cashier never looked my way, he checked out the item and was just looking to the side at the girl the whole time. He mumbled the total and said nothing else. No thank you, no acknowledgment to me ever. I work in Customer Service and this would be completely unacceptable. Apparently their conversation is more important that my business and therefore I won't shop there again.
