At the drive through there is barely a menu shown. One time I went, an employee at the drive through was extremely impatient and frantically rushed us to order. Usually both locations in town are out of stock on common items.

Slow, the sign says they open at 1030 but food is not ready even at 1130, sign also says under new management and the new manager must have slept through the training, go someplace else and KFC might has well close up shop here in Springfield.

This visit was good. The only complaint I have, is that it was kind of a long wait for my food. The food was delicious, and I would recommend this KFC. Update from previous visit! This KFC has gotten bad since my previous visit. The food was terrible! I ordered two piece white and 10 piece chicken nuggets. All were not fresh, and tasted horrible. I don't think I'll be back to this restaurant. Looks like the building could use an update also.

Pulled up to the window to order the man was very rude. When I got home with my order it was totally wrong, they gave me some trash that I didnt order. When I called to explain how they got my order wrong the GM told me to stop talking or I will not get my money back. Respectfully I continue with what I was saying. And she hung up on me. I call back twice she picked up and hung up again. I actually felt bad for her so I left it alone because she probably need that 11$ more than I did. Im not saying the company is bad. But that location it definitely trash. Not a welcoming atmosphere and lack of customer service. Do better KFC.
