Gietl Brothers Auto Body

Just got my 2015 Kia Optima back today, ive had the car since I first bought it brand new and had the front bumper replaced and all I can say is WOW!! looks brand new as the day I first got it. I also appreciate the extra detail of this place, they cleaned my dashboard and also my driver side seat. I also asked if they do estimates on bodywork for cars even if its not in an accident and I appreciate the lady at the front desk also being personal. I will be back for future business and as well let others know too if they need work on their car or are in an accident to go to here

They are always so friendly, and Brian is great. He is very conscientious of good work.

i gave my van for  body repair work to Gietl bros auto shop in December 2022.   When i  went there to pickup my van  i have noticed  a small dent on the door(same side they repaired).  Brian(the owner) came out and said it's not happened in their facility.  i said to him that if it is there i definitely have mentioned and it will be covered by the insurance.  He said ok and will fix it, i thought he was convinced at that time.When i take my van after 4 weeks for repair,  Mr. Brain still believes that the dent didn't happened in their shop and accusing that i am taking advantage of him, because he didn't take the video of my car before the initial repair. If he doesn't trust his customers,  yeah he can take photos and videos prior to the repairs.  if there is nothing to support his argument,  then shut up and accept customer's statement.He was so rude, grab my keys from my hand and  throw them on the desk,  very disrespectable.  He strongly believes that i am lying.   His behavior makes me very angry and i walked out of his office.   What kind of customer service is this,  they should look at customer perception also.   This is not  a good business practice. This is the second time i took my vehicle for repair,   why would anyone go to  the same place again because their reputation, quality price and customer service.  This one lacks customer service.     My van is 9 years old,  not a big deal if it's not repaired.  But they lose my business plus i will not recommend them to  my friends or my community.  Very Very disappointed. DO NOT take your vehicles to this place.  there were so many other places they  will respect you and  treat you right than this one.
