Michael was very professional, first and foremost. After I reached out to him initially, he returned my call to ask about details of what needed done. He then followed up with me the day before he was scheduled to work, to confirm the job time. He was on time the day of the scheduled work. He was very pleasant to work with. He was knowledgeable about how to fix the problem once he saw it in person and further diagnosed. He took his time and was thorough in performing and completing the work, also. I had this teeny tiny little dent in my motorcycle tank that all anyone wanted to do was repaint it. There is custom paint on it and I didnt want that expense. I found Michael when I googled paint free motorcycle dent repair after fretting about it since last summer and he had the dent out by the evening I took the tank to him in Lincoln Illinois. SOOOO EASY!! Theres a bitty nick it the paint that really cant be fixed without painting, but I can deal with that. I will add a few pics with the last being finished. Its very difficult to see, but I saw it everytime I got near it!
