We just had a terrible experience at this location after having frequented many others. We paid $65 and jumped for 10 minutes before I was told by an employee I couldnt jump in the same square as my not even 2 year old. And I couldnt hold her either. I was supposed to let her just jump alone. Needless to say there were many other moms doing the same and no one was told otherwise, just me. I spoke to a manager and was told it was company policy. And that even during toddler time i couldnt hold my child so she could participate. While we were refunded and went down the street to bounce tag and had a great time, were deeply frustrated at how management handled this.
