        The trailer was really banged up and damaged. One of the rear exterior hooks was unusable. And I could not return after hours. Offer the gate code for renters to return trailers after hours.

        This is a great location and very friendly people. They have lots of boxes, tape and packing supplies. Plus truck and trailer rentals. The 6x12 open trailer was perfect, and I love the drop and tow - that connects to my hitch. Along with the heavy duty clip on safety cables. The Spring Grove U-Haul is a smaller facility, so I was in and out. The manager Deanna, made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you very much.
