Wow you called us to give you an estimate to remove a 5 foot section off a 10 foot tree stub left from another tree service you used for your lakeside tree removal. You said in your messages that they are not getting back to you. Did you leave them a 1 star review? Your their customer, which by the size of that trunk left standing, I'm sure they charged you a few thousand dollars. I tried to help you out, by seeing if one of our climbers good save you some money to do as a side job, because you didn't want to pay another tree service, but you were having a tree carver come out to carve a 5 foot eagle or fish in this tree trunk. You sent pictures of this stub, which was inside a river rock bed with expensive brick paving all around. The climber saw the pictures said he would do as a Sat side job for you. Your first response back was, Not Affordable, but ok his time is worth something. Are you kidding me. $125.00 is too much? Let's break it down. Time and travel, having to bring out a 1200.00 saw, climbing gear, tie in to tree and his ability of 30 years climbing. Also, expensive brick paving all below this tree stub. You called a day later, saying he has not contacted you, I explained to you he is working and now we have storm work from all the high winds. You got mad and said you'll get someone else. I said ok. And you leave us a 1 star review? We never did any work for you! I made it clear that this job is too small for our tree service. I tried to help you, and your fail to plan this, plan to fail is on you. Your tree carver should own a chain saw, he's from another tree service!
