Apparently this company like to book transportation services and cancel last min. Had a very important infusion treatment, confirmed the name of the company that would be taking me and 16 hours before my appointment they canceled my trip. Low budget companies like this use this strategy to overbook and then cancel trips leaving dozens of people without transportation to important appointments.
