Upon placing my order, I encountered several issues, including incorrect items and poor quality. Despite my polite request for assistance in rectifying the situation, the management responded with utter disrespect, refusing to acknowledge the mistake and resorting to the use of inappropriate language. As a customer who values quality service and professionalism, I am appalled by the lack of respect and accountability demonstrated by your staff. Such behavior is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of your establishment.

These wings are garbage, they are using party cut wings, which are the worst quality, full of hair, so Disappointed just go to the Lansing location you'll see a huge difference.
