Visionworks South Elgin Crossing

The staff at South Elgin Visionworks were amazing. They were very helpful as was the Doctor. They took the time to explain everything. I really felt like they cared.

Fast service, in and out with ordering glasses in less than an hour. Polite and caring doctor. Desk staff all very professional and quick!

Horrible service. Thats why its rated a 3.0 vs LensCrafters at a 4.6. I was discriminated against today at Vision Works. I walked in the store with a prescription and was ready to buy contacts. I was with my wife and we were the only ones in the store. Another couple walks in 5 minutes later and in the middle of assisting us, Karen tells us to sit down and wait and she proceeds to help the other couple. Instead of letting them know that she will be with them after us. My wife and I were there first and we had to wait for her to finish with the other couple. Which she should have assisted my purchase first and told the other couple to sit and wait. This is highly unacceptable and I asked to speak to a manager and no manager was present or scheduled. Email was sent on the same day, so you guys received my messages. Manager contacted me today trying to paint a different story and realized it wasnt working. She couldnt cover up the fact there was no manager support on a Sunday, that the discrimination happened and she left an inexperienced poorly trained associate on a Sunday unattended. There has to be diversity training and better leadership at this location.
