For starters one of the ladies was rude to my friend about how she wanted a full set , not a no chip set. Relax its a common mistake to make for someone who doesnt go often. No need to be rude about change of mind before even starting. Then she was aggressive, have an attitude. She kept bringing up the price, and saying what do you want 4 times like if she did not say what she wanted. Color didnt match or length. This is why people dont speak up bc of how they treat their customers. However the other lady was very nice and did exactly how I wanted. So anyone reading this have a back bone if they being rude to you!
