        We love living here but some residents make it really hard to pull into the garage. Please tell them to be more considerate to the people that live close to the gate at the front of the complex.

        The Springs in South Elgin is a great place to live. The staff is friendly, helpful, and available. If I have a problem with my apartment it is handled immediately (usually same day). The grounds are kept nice and clean and the pool area and gym are always in great shape. Plus it's location near Randall road gives you plenty of restaurants, stores and shopping.

        As a renter, I can say that Joanna has been very tentative to every issue that I've needed resolved. She's even gone so far as to comfort my 40lb dog during a recent repair when I wasn't able to be home.
