Ioan did a fantastic job refinishing my floors! He was very thorough on the consultation and discussed all available options in advance and as he was working. He was prompt and very kind and courteous. My neighbors said they could not smell the product he used, which was another pleasant surprise. Ioan was very meticulous and thorough in his work. My floors look absolutely gorgeous, a thousand times better than they did, and I am so happy with the result! He also left information about the product he used on my floor, and recommended products to keep them in good shape, which is appreciated for ongoing cleaning and maintenance. Definitely recommend Ioan!

John is great. We were looking for someone to help us design and install new railings and I can think of no one better. He came out to meet with me and my husband to get an understanding of what we were looking for. He was very patient, provided good direction (without being too pushy) and also took our feedback into consideration. We LOVE the overall result. John is a professional: hes extremely knowledgeable and his craftsmanship is excellent. The entire process with him was very easy and stress-free. And my floors look great. I would rehire him in a heartbeat.
