I've known Josh Mitzen for 12 years and worked with him on many cases. Josh is honest and very vigilant in his work as a care manager and guardian. Willing to roll up his sleeves and wrestle with difficult issues.

KEEP LOOKING - NO INTEGRITY - DISHONEST Josh has violated the judges intent to allow phone contact with my 88 year old mother by being totally unresponsive to numerous requests by me to speak to my ill mother. His agreement to supervise weekly calls was completely disingenuous. He had zero intent of providing the weekly calls he agreed to in front of the family court judge in November 2014. Josh is currently serving as the lackey-in-chief for my super narcissist "brother", the guardian of my mother's affairs. It was my mother's poor judgment to turn over all of her affairs to a slick con man, her youngest son. My brother has been fleecing my mother and her husband for the past 42 years and continues to do so today. It has been almost a year since the end of the court case and I have had two phone contacts with my mother (88 years old and not very well). Josh makes up excuses to prevent myself, my two children and my two grandchildren from contacting their grandmother and great grandmother. These calls are not mandated, they were allowed by the guardian at my convenience and discretion. I will be in touch." JOSH EMAIL TO ME 09-3-15 "I apologize. I've had a death in the family and clients as well, I hope to get back on track early next week and will be in touch." JOSH EMAIL TO ME 08-20-15 "I'll call over there and try to set up for next monday the 24th at 11am. the number I had is not in service so I put in a message to Brian about the new one." JOSH EMAIL TO ME 08-20-15 "I thought i emailed you after that. Sorry. I was surprised i hadnt heard from you. Ill reach out to them and work on dates and times. I know they got a new phone number since they were having issues..." JOSH EMAIL TO ME 08-20-15 "not a good week. supposed to see doctor, wondering if she has another UTI… I'll keep you posted" JOSH EMAIL TO ME 07-07-15 "Main caregiver paulette not there today, your mom has been bad with other day workers so we WONT be doing a call today . She should be back later in week. Ill be in touch with you when things calm down" Get the idea? This person can not be trusted to stand by his word. He is easily manipulated by anyone with a personality stronger than a worm. I intend to sue him for his dishonesty and for violating the intent of the judges order. Is this someone you want to trust with your parents? Keep looking.
