        I went into store to place an order on an item they didnt have in store. I placed my order and the lady who took it said 2-3 days. Its been about a week now and I called today to ask where my order was at. The lady on the phone didnt help at all and told me to look in my email for an online receipt which has some tracker. Ive checked this receipt before hand along with the other 2 copies that were sent with it and it has no tracking number on it. She then gave the phone to the manager and the manager said she would call me back. Never got that call and Im very unhappy with the customer service and lack of work ethic at this footlocker.
