The exam and dr. Where amazing but the prices are such a rip off. I got new glasses at warby parker down the block for half the price the lenses alone would have cost me at this place.

My glasses were damaged and I needed to fine replacement frames. I am leaving the country in a week for a vacation and my progressives could not be replaced that quickly. Unfortunately the frames I bought last May were discontinued but Samantha looked online and found the frames at a store in Tennessee. She called and arranged for me to purchase them and have them shipped back to Illinois. She even found out that I have new vision benefits so the frames would be less expensive. What wonderful service! I could not be more please. She turned a nightmare into a small annoyance!

Im an eighty-two-year-old man and have had the privilege of getting my eyes examined and eyeglass prescription written by Dr. Herri Park. It was effortless to get an appointment, and once I got to the office, Selena, the optician, immediately acknowledged me. Shortly Dr. Park took me into the examination-room and performed the necessary tests. She is very gracious and precise in her practice. I felt completely comfortable and realized that her main concern is to promote my good health. She practices a genuine calling. I have already picked up my eyeglasses and am gratified at how well I am seeing. The entire procedure of getting the eyes tested and frames selected and fitted took less time than Ive ever experienced in the past. And the eyeglasses were ready for pickup much earlier than I expected. The entire proceeding was professionally conducted. I couldnt be more satisfied with my experience at LensCrafters in Macys-Old Orchard.

They had a brand new pair of glasses that needed to be adjusted to fit my face. I went to several LensCrafters without any success. Came to the LensCrafters located inside of Macys. Samantha took care of me. My glasses are absolutely perfect. She was very professional and very very kind. Shes an asset to your company.
