Herm's Palace is incredible. Stopped on a whim because we were in IL for some Cubs games. The food was fantastic. Had a Double Cheeseburger, Chili Dog, Baked Potato and tries the Mac and Cheese Puffs. Everything was so good. My buddies Italian Beef was not greasy at all and was just delicious. 5 out of 5, this is where we are eating when we come through.

First time eatin here I came with my boyfriend who knew the guy behind the counter. The man's memory wow. Great food great customer service and I'm a prude when it comes to customer service.
