I highly recommend this company. After recently purchasing our home, we discovered that the sink was falling from the marble. After calling several companies, Exotic was able to come out on a short notice to fix everything. The plumber who worked on the plumbing complimented the repair technician on his craftsmanship. I will be using this company going forward!

****Company has resolved the problem by cleaning the stains and discovering an effective method to clean in the future. THANK YOU! ***company is currently working with me to resolve this July 2019*** will update accordingly **December 2019 still no resolution Had the Michelangelo quartz installed. Its white and it naturally develops surface stains due to its color. I originally gave 1 star for poor customer service upon calling to complain basically being told to deal with it by hiring our own restorer. The company has since moved on from that employee and has worked with us to resolve the issue.
