        Raul and his crew completed our front and back walkways and a much wanted patio. His work is superb. His prices were below other proposals we received. We are looking forward to Raul's crew surrounding our new brick patio with some native plants this fall.

        Raul did some good work for me in 2022. I tried to book him for more work in 2023 but he and his office are non responsive; repeated phone calls & emails. Perhaps his business is shutdown.

        The proposal that Raul promised never came. This behavior is very identical to the bad reviews submitted through the years. He shows up but DOESN'T DELIVER!!! Here's the pattern experienced by DISAPPOINTED reviewers including me: Raul checks out your property, seems to be interested in the job and tells you the proposal will be emailed in a few days. I NEVER received the proposal he promised. Text, email and voicemail messages were totally IGNORED. It's like the company shut down. It seems that if the cost of the project is on the high end, you will get the topnotch customer service you expect. Otherwise, don't hold your breath!!!

        We needed our large backyard, alley-side lawn patches, and a dead bush in the front yard cleaned up on relatively short notice after 15 years of benign neglect. Almanza responded promptly (others didnt even respond to an initial inquiry, or begrudgingly said theyd take a look at it but never did), came by to give a quote promptly, and got it done by the time we had requested. The work they did was superb, the workers were prompt and professional, and we were very pleased. We highly recommend them! Services: Gardening services, Tree stump removal, Tree trimming & pruning, Mulching, Lawn mowing & maintenance, Yard work

We pride ourselves on our meticulous record-keeping and customer service, and we are confident that we have not had any communications with you.We also noticed that you have only two reviews, one of which is for a business located in Florida. As we are based in Illinois, this discrepancy raises some questions.
