I'm not sure if it was an issue with the freshness of the noodles or the cooking method. 18 dollars is the current price for the pork ramen. This makes it one of the most expensive bowls of ramen in the Chicagoland area, and I would expect a bit more care and quality at that kind of price point.
Regardless, the service for a lunch hour was excellent and the food does not reflect on the service staff.

Family in town and we went for lunch. Just have to say, it was pretty awesome. The server (my memory sucks with names) was great.
Food, wow. Even the salad was great. I entree was the skirt steak, and it was perfectly seasoned and just melted in my mouth.
Oh, and the Lava Cake, so evil it was amazing.
