In February 2019 we hired Diamond Property Consulting to help sanitize and clean our facility. Never did we know that it would turn into a long-term relationship that was focused on polite and quality work. We are a smaller client but feel like one of the most important one and they never make us feel like we are in a queue for work given the smaller request we have. We are recently acquired by a larger company and have decided to keep Diamond Property Consulting as our vendor for the entire interior and exterior of all of our buildings. This relationship has grown and Eli and his team have delivered.

We really enjoyed working with Stephanie and Eli during the bid process and the presentations they put together or exactly what we said we wanted and more. They won our project with over 23 other bids about 10 years ago today to refocus and grow with their expertise and experience of knowing who we are and what we are looking for when it comes to the next investment vehicle in our portfolio.
