The Wood Wizzard

They were accommodating and fairly clear in their description. Unfortunately, the work that was supposed to be completed was not well done. A side table was reconstructed for $350. The table is still broken in two spots. I have tried to reach out to the company on three different occasions but never heard back. This was a lot of money to still have a broken item.

Would not recommend this company.  Horribly responsive and do not seem to want business.  They kept asking me to send photos for a quote by email but then said they never received the emails (x3) even though I confirmed the address was correct and it went through on my end.  They basically said to resend and check back in three days.  I asked if I could text them and was told no.  Extremely rude as well.  I contacted another company who immediately responded and requested texts.  I wish I had not wasted time with wood wizzard.

I emailed Wood Wizard thinking it might take a while for a response. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick Barrett answered with what he would do to fix my broken chair and a reasonable price. I was able to bring it in for repair a few days later. Barrett gave me a timeline for the repair. It was ready at the earlier time. He is very friendly and was able to unload and load the chair. Definitely a place I would recommend to do business with.

Wood Wizzard refinished my 100 year old sideboard piece that was my grandparents. It is now beautiful, better than I've ever seen it look. Amazing restoration! Excellent work, very professional, fine attention to detail!  It takes awhile for the turn-around but so worth it.
