Would give 0 stars if possible. BA Home Builders started a project with a contract price of $15,000. Every day he found "new problems" and hiked the price up to $20,000. His subcontractors ditched the project in the middle of the work, I had to find my own plumber to continue the project. He was very unprofessional with the plumber, argued about how something should be done, every time when it came to inspection time, my plumber was right, Boris was wrong. He delayed a 2 week project to over 3 months and quit before finishing it. He completed 60% of the work and collected 85% of the money, now it is costing me $3,000 extra to finish the work he left when he quit. He is extremely unprofessional, every error or delay is someone else's fault, either mine or the subcontractors (which are his responsibility as the general contractor). After 3 long months, I put my foot down and gave him a deadline, he raised his voice and came up to my face in a threatening manner to intimidate me, which did not work. He quit at that moment. After he quit, I found a stash of alcohol on the property (we had not moved in yet and we don't drink). One of the worst people I've ever met and done business with. Hope he changes or goes out of business.
