Tony never showed up to any appointments. Canceled and rescheduled 5 times. Very unprofessional. Would never recommend.

We asked Tony for polished concrete floors and what we got was more like a painted floor with bubbles and pinholes.It was not smooth or shiny at all. We were not happy from the start Tony told us to give it some time. Later we sent pictures showing how the coating (whatever it was) was coming off and Tony quit answering and blocked our number. Tony and his team were extremely accommodating. I needed to push the date back at the last minute and they were able to do it. In addition Tony was able to come back after the initial pour of concrete and add a color which was not part of my initial estimate. Only suggestion for folks like me who really didnt have an idea of what this process and look will be is to ask for some pictures or research first. There are different levels, basic, color and advanced. Overall I was very impressed by this entire company and workmanship. Services: Epoxy floor coating, Concrete epoxy floor installation
