        After being treated rudely and hung up on by Emma's Bagels, I called into Panera Bread where I had the pleasure of speaking to Sophia. She was patient and courteous in taking my catering order and represented herself and Panera in the highest regard! After being hung up on by Emma's my day was off to a bad start, but after speaking with Sophia, all of the negativity I was feeling had dissipated. If only everyone could be a Sophia, this world would be a much, much better place. Thank you Sophia for being a decent human being, :)

        The food was good and we got there 30 mins before they closed. I couldnt get a latte because the cups were dirty. Go figure huh! Anyways she gave me caramel in a cup and I got regular coffee. It wasnt the same, but wasnt bad. Kid-friendliness: Kid meals

        So I go to this location because I am in the mood for a caprese sandwich. I order a caprese sandwich and ask for my sandwich to be on a focaccia bread and not warm. Rude lady who is apparently the manager her name is Maria tells me that I have to have my sandwich on a baguette and have it warm. Why? If I am paying $12 for this meal and I dont want my sandwich warm or on a baguette why is that a problem. I ask to speak to a manger and she told me I am the manager. Had no real explanation on why I am forced to eat my sandwich their way. I ended up ordering something I didnt want as they could not accommodate my simple request. I wouldnt recommend this location.
