Chase Bank

Terrible customer service. I was faced with unprofessional and rude employees and supervisors in this location. I never recommend going to this bank in this location. I felt like they were making fun of the customer specifically someone whose last name is Arjun and his supervisor. When I got home, I started crying because of their behavior. I don't know why this bank allowed this kind of people to work there. I had all the documents to open an account but they said We don't accept leases but electricity bills. It doesn't make sense, they don't wanna see the actual location lease but they want an electricity bill from that location. They are horrible staff

Caution. Robbery stand by ATM machine in side the bank. Staff does not care.

Lady didint let me cash my checks even though I had three-4 forms of identification I including my debit card, social security card, and drivers liscense. Went down the street and cashed it. She also lied and said you cant cash checks through the app

Horrible customer service in this branch. Despite being a private client they don't allow to use the restroom. Talk about horrible customer appreciation
