I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Lucas from the printing department! His customer service skills are unmatched! He went above and beyond for me today to make sure my business cards were printed, cut, and ready for pickup before close with such short notice! He could have easily told me I wouldnt be able to get them until tomorrow, but chose to really step up and take care of it for me! Way to stand out and go the extra mile! You deserve a raise

I usually get good assistance here. I do a ton of printing and need it quickly. I have noticed a slower response to completed jobs lately. Sometimes I just have to go check on it. The reason I still give 4 stars is because the job is usually complete, just lacking notification of such.

Staples is always one of my go to stops for office supplies even my small business ventures Im always amazed with the workers there too very knowledgeable on what they are selling went in there today very confused on what we wanted printer wise but young worker saw my puzzled face and helped me make me decision and even checked to make sure we had the best deal.
