Its hard to get in contact with anyone here. I sent an email requesting a call back and still nothing. Will have to start looking for a better option.

The reason I gave 3 stars is because car rates are very expensive. I am looking out there to see if I can find something cheaper.

Jim Delaney's office has been the most helpful in all my years as an Allstate customer! I'm very satisfied with the service I have received so far.

5 stars bc wow! Overtly impressed. Unfortunately, I have a Hyundai. I bought it bc I didnt want to be a target as a travel nurse, just wanted something to get me from A-B. Well guess what, Im a huge target now. My cars windows were smashed in last week and steering column was tampered with, but the thieves, Im assuming, had no idea what a 6 speed was so my car wasnt stolen Anyways. Id switched back to Allstate after a bad experience with Country. Country was always saying, oh thats not covered, thats not on your policy etc. It took me a day to call Jims office and I ended up speaking with Alex (who was the one who wrote my policy last year). Alex is the real MVP here. I thought I had a deductible and I was really scared to find out how much Id have to dish out for this experience. Alex said, oh you dont have a deductible, I built that into your policy And then I said well I know I dont have rental and Alex said oh no you do, I made sure that was in your policy too. Like what??? It gets better though. So I asked about rental, if they have to go through a certain company (and I was praying he wasnt gonna say Enterprise bc Im NEVER using them again after they stranded me in Tampa with my 2 daughters at midnight after paying in full at the airport) and he says Enterprise So I asked about a reimbursement for using a different company and he said yes, they sure can. So I booked my rental with Turo, another 5 star review bc theyre also amazing. Alex - thank you for your knowledge and expertise. Youve saved me worry and anxiety. You are a true asset to the office. Time to get a Honda. Edit to add: Received my reimbursement check within a few days of submitting my invoice. Then purchased a Honda and had the insurance switched over in like 12 seconds. Amazing!
