        Molly Maid came and cleaned my dads apartment for an hour and half and it was still dirty. My dad lives in an independently living facility and his apartment is very small about 500 square foot. My dads caregiver was there when they cleaned the place and took pictures after it was done.See attached pictures. Called Melissa and complained about the cleaning. She said she will have somebody come and check the place which nobody came and no follow up call to set up a re cleaning. Paid 210$ for the service. I will not recommend this place. They are fast to take your payment but when u complain nothing is done. I would like to respond to the owners message ! Theyre 2 cleaning ladies that came and cleaned my dads 500 square foot apt. Thats a very small place for 2 person to clean for 90 minutes. Also thats a lie that I said no for a re clean!! Why will I say no for a QA to come and check the apartment.lie lie lie and if theres a zero star I will definitely score u zero . U dont deserve 1 star !!!!

        Paid for a deep cleaning for my home. Was quoted 400. Look at my bank account today was charged 560. When I was already upset they had to come out again the next day cause of how horrible the job was. Also, got CHARGED for 3 hrs. When the lady's,were only at my house Mayne 2hrs. WOULD NEVER go thru this company again. PLZ SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HEADACHE WITH THIS COMPANY. And to top everything off, they didn't even touch my bathroom or my floors on the main level.By far the worst rip off ever.Plus I never authorized any amount over the 400. The girls that came the first did a horrible job. And now we got charged again,for the job not being done correctly the first time is beyond me.

        First time cleaning with Molly Maid. Home is spotless. The attention to detail is exemplary. Baseboards and blinds were done; and the place smells fresh and clean. They came out in person for an estimate less than a week ago. We were able to get on the schedule immediately with a regularly scheduled appointment. Love the personal attention and the local, easily accessible office. Price is reasonable and competitive. Thank you!

      Ms. Pura, we are so sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience with our service. Thank you so much for taking time to send us feedback. We view every customer interaction as a privilege, and an opportunity for continuous improvement. As we stated during the estimate, a full clean would be at least 3 hours for a deep clean but you insisted on only 90 minutes - no more and we repeatedly reminded you we would not be able to get to everything in that time. When you called we offered to send our QA person and to reclean any areas that did not meet our 24 hour guaranteed standards and were told no.

      We are sorry you were dissatisfied with the service. You were quoted a price range of 490.00 to 560.00 for your cleaning. We went back and listened to all of the recorded phone calls between our office and your wife to confirm this. Before leaving your home, your wife expressed dissatisfaction with her floors on the main level of the home, at which time the team mopped the floors for a second time. After the team had left your home the first day, your wife called to express her dissatisfaction with her floors and also a bathroom that was missed. She said that she had not pointed out the bathroom to the team. We immediately scheduled a reclean to take place the following morning to clean the bathroom that was missed, and also to address the floors by using your mop instead of ours. Our Quality Assurance manager was also on site. There was no charge to you for this service.
