Nick M. is our sales representative. What a fantastic rep for G.M.E. We replaced the siding on our entire home because of Nick. The installation crew were great. Even had a two person team with the responsibility for continuous cleanup-so good. The siding job is fantastic. Nick has been back twice to see us-once for our inspection walk about and once to follow up on a minor issue which he took care of personally. We could not be happier with G.M.E. and their team. I had an exterior sliding door replaced recently. When I first had GME out to look at the problem, Nick spent time trying to fix it before the sales pitch to sell me a new door, and I really appreciated that. Once we realized the door was beyond repair, his intent was that the adjustments would help keep things weather tight until the replacement arrived. A few days later, the door slid off the track, and I wasn't able to open the door at all. With it being summer, we enjoyed using that door for access to our patio. I called Nick who promptly came down and made another adjustment to keep our door functional until the replacement arrived. We now have our new door, and I am very happy with the product.
