Starbucks

So I had a not so great experience at this location. My daughter went to pick up drinks for her and myself when they handed her my drink it looked different than normal so we asked the barista and he said it did have coffee in it. So she gets home and it tastes horrible like milk. So she called up there and they told her they could not do a refund she would need to come back. So we go all the way back and I said well can I get a refund and a replacement since I had to come all the way back up here and he said no they dont do that. Just so happened the store manager was sitting there so after explaining to her she said they could remake it and provide me with a coupon for a free drink. So I said no problem we are here all the time. Tell me why she hand me a $4 off voucher. Please tell me what Im getting at Starbucks for $4 whatever.. Im just saying if Im paying $7-$8 for a drink and I got to make a second trip caz yall messed it up I dont think a refund and a replacement are too much to ask. Or atleast a coupon for future that will actually cover the price of my drink

This is a great starbucks. Full of employees who are very welcoming. When I order on the app, my order is always ready when I get there. They always welcome you in and are always nice! I've been there when I didn't order off of the app and my order was taking a bit longer because they were so busy. Employees were super apologetic and accomadating
