        A big shout out to Rachel Greenley. I travel to Scott AFB, ILL and sell my products. Unfortunately my glasses bridge holder got broken. I went to Optical center here in bx to see if they can repair. She did not have anything here to help me, but Rachel still had her connection from her last job, and was able to get the part to fix my glasses. Great customer care at it's best. Thank you for going above and beyond to take care of my needs. This would have been a long 2 weeks without my glasses. Once again thank you..

        The prices are great the quality of lenses are very subpar. I have been wearing glasses for years. I bought a pair of sunglasses and regular glasses from here. I was told it will take two weeks three weeks later I finally get my glasses. I put the sunglasses on I see double vision out of the sunglasses the regular glasses everything looked blurry. The lady kept insisting I needed to get used to them and to try them. I drive down the road I cannot see my dashboard they are so blurry I cannot read with the reading part on the bottom they are so blurry. The people argue with me I am not wearing them correctly and I have to get used to them. I finally got my way they called to tell me the lab admitted they made the sunglasses wrong still waiting for them to see if they got them right now going on five weeks. I get a phone ten days after I dropped off my regular glasses because the lenses are so subpar in quality the lady tells me I still have your regular glasses I think they just need to be adjusted. I lost it WHAT you did not send them back to the lab yet!! I cannot even use the reading part what in the hell is wrong with you people? They always act like it is my fault lets see now if they get my regular glasses get corrected. I went here because I was on base and decided to pop in and see what they had to offer. For the past 10 years I have used Clarkson Eye Care a lot more expensive but I never had this kind of problems
