Hi "Freedom & Truth No Tyranny.." We respond to every new client within each hour. If their cat is in our care, immediately. If you are trying to setup service or do not have an arrival the day you attempt to reach out its because we prioritize the animals in our care over administration. Especially with cats who are very delicate its very important to monitor, interact to build a relationship and go above and beyond to make sure they are happy & stress free while out of their home environment. We can sympathize for some to understand that while we do want your business, its more important for us to be in the present & provide the utmost care to the animals. We are a micro/small business where animals depend on us. Especially on holiday weekends...we have 2 of the most dynamic, comfortable, clean, spacious facilities in North America right here, so yes... we don't always get to every call immediately. Sorry for your frustration & hopefully you can understand. While 2 starts is very disheartening we know if you saw our facilities and see how happy your cat is with us this 2 star review is kinda silly in the grand scheme of things. 5 STAR guaranteed!
