        The hotel was easy to find and upon arrival the staff greeted us well. The rooms were very clean and nicely kept. We used the hotel service to park and fly and the shuttle service was excellent and prompt. The breakfast in the morning was also good and kids enjoyed it. This place seems popular for travellers. The desk staff was so helpful and we are thankful and grateful we booked with hampton inn. We also left our window down during the vacation and they informed us. Thank you again. We will continue to book hampton inn in the near future.

        It's an older hotel near O'Hare airport. I requested my room to be extra clean and I got it. I had a comfortable night of sleep and over slept the next day. I stopped at the front desk before running out and spoke to VIVIANA. She was so nice, professional with a friendly smile on her face. Even though they were busy, she took care of me as soon as I approached the desk. I asked for a late check out and she took care of it. Then she called me to tell me she can only extend for a couple of hours. It was more than I needed. Thank you for making my stay comfortably.
