Dr. Chen and staff is amazing, the front staff not so much me and my boys have been going there for years under my provider dental office. We got our random X-rays and cleaning, fluoride which I asked if my insurance covered that and was told yes times 3 of us and 7 months later Im told they didnt realize the contract was expired with my provider during the service so i owe over $1,000 would I like to do a payment plan? First of all Im a customer that has always been a provider that is not my job to know your license/ contract whatever you call it expired and also we tried working with my provider and the woman completely kept lying to my insurance telling her she summited my primary insurance first when she told me she never did. After almost a year going back and forth I asked to speak to Dr. Chen so he could know how his office is being ran and she basically said she will relay the message but thats not his job so dont expect a call back I was floored. Then I get another phone call due to my outstanding bill me and my boys 6 month cleaning will be canceled? How actually hell is this My Bill!!??? And I spoke to a family member in the dental field that said this should be a write off on the dentist end. Its just very sad because again Dr. Chen and woman that cleaned my boys teeth is actually amazing its the front that cant perform their job correctly and now my family has to pay.

This was my first visit and I was very pleased. Dr. Chen and his staff were very friendly and inviting. I immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. My dental hygienist did an excellent job. I am looking forward to a long, happy relationship with Align Dentistry. Update: Dr. Chen has been my dentist for about 4 years now. My esteem for him has grown. He does such a great job. He is a true perfectionist and it shows in his exceptional work. And the staff is wonderful! I consider myself lucky to have found them.
