I have owned a concrete raising company for over 20 years. You are giving people FALSE information. I will have our lawyer looking into this. Nobody uses Mud . Your psi strength for foam is 1500 to 1800 psi. Crushed limestone and Portland cement has a psi strength of 3000 to 3500. We only drill a 1 1/2 inch hole. NOT A 2 inch hole. When we patch holes they match concrete very well. Further more , we replace concrete. After breaking up concrete we spend alot of time trying to pull your foam off concrete. You CANNOT dump your foam a pit. It has to be taken to a HAZMAT DUMPING SITE. And we charge the customer 400 dollars extra to do this. Lastly. FOAM is not a natural material that should be pumped under concrete. Next video you do KEEP IT REAL ! FOAM INJECTING IS NOTHING BUT A HASSLE TO DEAL WITH when replacing concrete. Tell your viewers that.

I appreciate the professionalism of all the people I had interactions with. They were always polite and prompt in getting back to me. Manny was great about explaining the process to fix my basement crack. Price was reasonable too. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly and make the repair. I also think your videos are very informative. I would definitely recommend your company and use in the future.

Our house sits on the low spot of the block and leaks water into the lowest areas of the basement during & after heavy storms when the water table saturates. We also have large window wells that will fill with water during the heaviest storms and leak water around the windows. After a decade of procrastinating trying everything from patching, replacing windows, installing exterior French drains in an attempt to keep the basement dry we gave up and went with installing drain tile and pump system. We chose The Real Seal based on their reputation. Cost-wise they are middle of the road compared with other big reputable options, but it was clear that nobody beats their track record and reputation, and I was impressed with their well done videos showing exactly how the job would unfold. As many others have already commented, they are professionals who know their work, and do it well. Tomas and his crew were excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by how they were able to hide the pump basin and the drainage pipe along and beneath the drop ceiling for minimum intrusion. They joined the basement window wells into the drain tile cleanly. I was also very happy with the job they did tying the discharge into our existing french drain at the edge of the hill away from the back of the house and then returning the landscaping and pavers back into the condition they found them in. You'd never know we had the system in place. The ease dealing with Jeff as we were going through our changes, delays and final bid selection was appreciated. The work is only a week old and so while the jury is still out on longevity, we've had some good storms and are so far seeing the system work nicely to keep the space dry. And we have the comfort of knowing we picked a good local company to support us going forward. Highly recommended & a big thumbs up.
