        I like a lot of things about Costco however I am a little ticked at their decision to discontinue Prime Beef Brisket. All they have lately is Choice...there is a big difference. The feedback is they weren't making enough money on Prime....so instead of cutting everyone off from it why not charge the amount you need? I'm told Texas and a few select areas still get Prime. The last Brisket we bought was Choice, also only 10 pounds...it was awful! Full of fat and strands of tendon. Costco has to do better than this!
