        Shady. Agreed on a price and before I could drive to buy the car, was told that a another dealer bought it before me, "but for only an additional $800 fee I could buy the car back" from the other dealer. I am surprised they did not ask for cash only on the fee. If you are looking for professionalism, this is not the place to go. Good news, the $800 fee saved me a trip and a potential bad experience.

        Very friendly and helpful, even facilitating a test drive for a car we hadn't come in to test and hadnt scheduled. Ada was a huge help with everything.

        Just bought my 3rd car from Signature Auto Enterprises. My first one years ago was a reliable Corolla. I moved up to a 2012 Honda CRV that I drove to nearly 150k miles without any major upkeep (besides the basics) and now Im onto a 2021 VW Tiguan. Great car, low miles. The owner of this business is upfront and knowledgeable with his cars. And his staff is great too. Kind and helpful from start to finish. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great car!

      Raice, We are sorry that you missed out on that vehicle, we are one of the largest wholesalers in the Midwest. Our core business is buying and selling to dealers. We offer the same prices to the public, but the cars sell very fast at the wholesale price. Dealers do have an advantage, mainly because they buy the vehicle without needing to drive or see the vehicle in person. We buy and sell 600 cars a month, I'm sure we will get a similar vehicle in stock for you. Please reach out to me personally I will do my best to help in your search. The $800 fee that you mentioned, is our cost to cancel the dealers purchase. We were giving you an option to still purchase the vehicle, but that's a fee that the other dealer gets if we cancel his deal out. There was nothing shady, our salesperson was just giving you the option. Please feel free to reach out if you would like.
