I deal with several Trucking companies on a weekly basis for a myriad of reasons such as conflict resolution. Which was what brought me to the Team at Armstrong. Imagine my surprise when I encountered complete professionals who were more than happy to help and who were eager to get to the bottom of a problem and willing to work to s solution that was more than acceptable by all parties involved. I have never in my 30+ years of doing this come across a better group of people to work with who truly showed concern for the matter at hand and wanted to make sure everyone was happy with the outcome. I was more than pleased and do plan to expand my level of business with this company. Hauled a load that was 1 pick 1 drop that ended up being driver assist at delivery because no dock. No problem, happily assisted but I should be compensated for non agreed driver work if it was not mentioned in the agreed rate. Rep Taryn G. and her manager Anthony G. said customer denied paying it and did nothing to help.

Small carriers/Owner Operators, please dont waste your precious time with this broker. They will book a load with you, and they will never send the rate com. They will just move to the next cheaper carrier.
