Customer service is great! You get a local individual to speak with and they are always so helpful with advising what options you have available. Melissa took time and care in helping me create the perfect package and understood my concerns with my pets safety. She helped me design a package that will fit mine and my families needs. Had them out to do overseeing and aeration this past fall and looking forward to the spring Lime application to help give nutrients my grass is in need of! Never trying to do this myself again as I wasted more money and a lot of time trying to maintain the lawn myself last spring/ summer. The prices are great and cheaper than doing it myself!

I have been a customer with them for the last 7 years. All I can say is the service has declined drastically and the fertilizer/weed control applications have not been very effective for the last 2-3 years. The price has also increased over $100 these past few years when there are many competitors that are much cheaper. They always leave my gate open and break at least one thing in my yard every year cause they do not pay attention when dragging the hose through the yard (landscape lighting, gutters, etc...). They did reimburse me the first few years for the broken stuff, but the past few years they either ignore you or promise a free application of bug or mosquito control, but they never come hoping you forget about it. The last straw was when I paid extra for tree/shrub fertilizing and 2 of my bushes died from it. I have moved on to another lawn care service and will not be a returning customer.
