        They had a driver show up late and put on standby, driver became unprofessional and argumentative with my customer for not being loaded fast enough and quit. They emailed at 7pm but never picked up the PHONE. I woke up to an email from the customer firing us. Carrier is dishonest, lacks professionalism and appropriate communication skills. If you want to lose customers, hire these dudes.
