EDITED REVIEW -PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ* I would not recommend this company. Ordered in January, still nothing. Have left messages and no response. Got one response in February and was given , the oh we are on it. Then absolutely nothing!! **** This was a post I made and it was totally unfair!** Long story short, I was scammed from a fake company using their name. The Cheer Shoppe have went above and beyond to fix a problem they had nothing to do with. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THEM for whatever your cheer needs are. They are a #1 company that truly cares about their customers! Thank you, cheer shoppe for all you did.

Fabulous customer service. And super friendly staff in the store. The cheer competition events preorder is almost always seemless. Please note - do not expect to go here expecting to purchase ICA cheer event merch, they are a separate company! I recommend doing the preorder for any competition.

Ordered 2 backpacks and had them embroidered in under 30 Minutes. Team helped me design in minutes. Was also able to purchase shoes and had multiple options. Great customer service.

The Cheer Shoppe staff is amazing and go above and beyond. This year for state merchandise pick up it was very convenient!!! Thank you to all of you!!!!
